Bootcamp Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings and Payment
Telephone reservations will be provisionally held for 7 days pending receipt of your completed booking form and booking fee.
- On confirmation of booking, a 25% deposit which is non-refundable must be paid to secure the booking.
- Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge; there are no extra charges for debit cards
- The balance of the fee is payable one month before commencement of the course.
- All bookings made with less than one month notice must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Completion of a ‘Health & Fitness Questionnaire’, and where necessary a doctor’s letter confirming fitness to join the activities is required.
- An official receipt (which must be produced on arrival) will be forwarded along with all other relevant information.
- A completed and signed booking form must be returned.
2. Cancellation
- Any cancellations must be notified by telephone and confirmed in writing to Bootylicious as soon as is reasonably possible.
- Any cancellation of the contract will be subject to the following charges. If the client cancels the booking with less than 4 weeks to the start date, the client will forfeit 100% of the fee. If the client cancels before that time the client will forfeit the 25% deposit.
- If the client fails to arrive on the commencement date no refund will be given.
- Bootylicious will always endeavour to fulfil confirmed bookings however Bootylicious does reserve the right to cancel. In this event, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
- On arrival at check-in, you will be asked for a security deposit; production of credit / debit card is accepted.
- Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am at the very latest, on the day of departure.
- Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition or charges will apply.
- Any damage or breakages must be paid for.
- All telephone calls are metered and must be paid for before departure.
- All linen and towels are provided.
- The owners and their agents reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any reasonable time.
- Smoking is permitted in outside areas only in your own time or during meal and snack breaks.
- We have a strict non-smoking policy in all of our accommodation.
- Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the details contained in any literature is full and accurate, we are unable to accept responsibility for facilities that are subsequently found to be unavailable on site or in the accommodation, due to unforeseen circumstance, maintenance or refurbishment.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
- The client shall be responsible for their own personal medical requirements, clothing and footwear for the duration of the course.
- The client shall be responsible for advising Bootylicious in the health & fitness questionnaire of any health issues that may make them unable to take part in any of the activities. Failure to do so may result in Bootylicious withdrawing the client from the course without refund.
- If the client has an aversion to water sports or horse riding, an alternative exercise will be provided. Please ensure Bootylicious is informed in advance.
- If Bootylicious believes a client’s health or safety is at risk or a client has failed to disclose any relevant health information in accordance with the health & fitness questionnaire Bootylicious may at their discretion make decisions affecting the client and where necessary terminate a contract without refund.
- The client must refrain from any illegal act or conduct which may give offence or cause damage or danger to any person on the property. If Bootylicious or any of its staff become aware of any such action then Bootylicious may at their discretion have the client removed from any property or faculty without refund. Bootylicious will accept no liability for the client in such circumstances.
- It is not permitted to bring food or alcohol with you or buy any whilst on site.
- The client understands that attending any activity involves some level of risk. These risks incorporate a broad range and the client recognises that those risks include the possibility of personal injuries. By attending any activity or service provided by Bootylicious the client agrees to assume these risks and agrees to release and discharge Bootylicious and any of it’s employees or contractors from any and all claims for liability, damage, injury, costs or other expenses or any other damages claims in respect of personal injury.
- Bootylicious will not accept liability for any loss or damage to any vehicle or personal property of the client during the stay.
- It is the responsibility of the client to arrive and depart from meals at the instructed time.
5. Course Content & Weather
- The timetable we publish in our literature and on our website is designed in order to illustrate the type of activities you will be undertaking. This is a general guide only and is subject to change. Several factors outside of our control will determine this. The most influential factors will be the weather and the physical fitness of the course participants.
- Taking these factors into consideration the course instructors will construct the best course possible.
- Once the course is underway the course instructors may change the activities at any time.
- Circumstances may arise where we are forced to alter dates before a course starts.
- We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Complaints
- If there is a problem during the course period you must report it in the first instance to the course instructor. If it is still unresolved you must then report it to the Resort Manager immediately so that prompt and effective efforts can be made to resolve the problem.
- In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved at this time and you wish to raise a complaint, full written details must be sent to Bootylicious within 28 days of the course finishing. Please include exact and full details of your complaint in your letter; please include your daytime and evening contact numbers. Failure to take these steps will prejudice our ability to resolve your problem and/or investigate it fully. Therefore any right to compensation you may otherwise have been entitled to will be lost or substantially reduced.
7. Media
- Bootylicious respects the privacy rights of our clients and therefore if you do not wish to appear in any filming or photography that we may publish on our website, DVD’s or various promotional material, you must inform us during the one to one sessions on arrival at Bootylicious. In the event that you do agree to our using any filming and photography for these purposes, Bootylicious shall solely own the rights to any and all recorded material.
