Luxury Boot Camp
This boot camp is for those of you who want a mix of adventure and luxury. Experience a full programme of weekly adventure activities designed to lose weight, tone muscles and improve fitness at our country retreat. You will be staying in one of our Country Cottages and all meals and snacks are included, with 3 course healthy gourmet evening meals provided.
There will be off site activity excursions every day such as:
Coastal Hiking, Bike rides, Surfing, Horse riding, Kayaking and Wall Climbing. All of our adventure activities are located around some Cornwall's most spectacular coast and countryside.
Onsite activities feature a mix of the following example activities:
Step, Pilates, Boxercise, Functional fitness, Aerobics, Water volley ball, Kick Boxercise, Combat aerobics, Fit ball, Salsacise, Callenetics, Gliding discs, Circuits, Aqua fit, Weights, Kettle Bells, Whole body tone, Hoppers, Camouflage nets, Jogging, Tug of War etc.
Watch out for a surprise visit from Soldier X
The day starts at 7.30am and finishes at 4.30pm. Clients will then be able to make use of the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Dinner will be served at 6.30 pm. There will be 2 nutritional talks during the week. An exercise programme will be provided, tailored specifically to you, also you will be given information on nutrition to take away. The back up support will last for 12 months.

Boot Camp Prices Information
The course including a cottage to yourself. £1,650.00
The course with 2 friends sharing a cottage, each having their own bedroom. Price £1,450.00
If you would like to sign up for boot camp but do not want to go alone, at Bootylicious you can bring a friend or family member with you for support and company. Whilst you are doing boot camp; your companion can share your cottage and use any of the facilities. At meal times they will join you in the restaurant, enjoying the same healthy menu.
The cost for your companion will be £700.00
