High Octane Boot Camp
Adrenalin junkies ‘START TO GET EXCITED’! Step out of your office and race into life. This week will feel like you are living life at 100 miles an hour ‘AND THEN SOME’!
The high octane adventures will have you plunging into the ocean, speeding across the sand, hanging off cliffs and flying through the air with the full force of the wind like a hurricane in your face. “MAY THE FORCES OF NATURE BE WITH YOU!”
Your days are non stop as you are chauffeured from one thrill seeking activity to the next. You will be experiencing adventure activities such as: Surfing , Kayaking , Horse riding , Zip-wires , Sailing , Water skiing , Mountain biking, Raft building , Wall climbing , High ropes course, Archery, Zap cats (twin hulled speed boats), Zorbing , Coasteering, Kite buggies , Land board and quad biking, etc.
THIS IS NOT ONE FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!
The day starts at 8.00am and finishes at 5.00pm. Clients will be then free to relax in the Swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi until dinner. Dinner in the restaurant will begin at 7.00 pm. You will stay in one of our country cottages, located at Carvynick Country Club Resort, set amidst rolling countryside, with far reaching views towards the rugged north coast of Cornwall. All meals are included with 4 course gourmet evening meal. Friday evening’s meal includes Champagne - Time to celebrate!

This is not a weight loss programme with a calorie controlled diet, however being constantly on the go and taking part in the challenging and strenuous activities, I would be surprised if you did not lose some weight and tone up those muscles.
Boot Camp Prices and Information
The course including a cottage to yourself. Price £2,500.00
The course with 2 friends sharing a cottage each having their own bedroom. Price £2,300.00
If you would like to sign up for boot camp but do not want to go alone, at Bootylicious you can bring a friend or family member with you for support and company. Whilst you are doing boot camp; your companion can share your cottage and use any of the facilities. At meal times they will join you in the restaurant, enjoying the same a la carte menu. The cost for your companion will be £800.00
