Mini Boot Camp

This would be a great boost to an exercise routine you already have in place or if you would like to do boot camp but think a whole week may be too much. It’s also a good short, sharp, little kick to get you back to exercising if you have lapsed.

Day 1. (day of arrival) Lunch followed by classes starting at 1.00pm, the last hour ending with a nutritional seminar.

Day 2. There will be a coastal trail bike ride, with a selection of on site classes through the afternoon.

Day 3. There will be a hike followed by a selection of on site classes through the afternoon.


Onsite activities include: Step, Pilates, Weights to music, Combat aerobics, Aqua fit, Water volleyball, Boxing, Whole body tone, Indoor circuits, Functional fitness, Callenetics, Kettle bells.

Watch out for a surprise visit from Soldier X!

You will be staying in our country club cottages. All meals and snacks are included and 2 course evening meals. The day starts at 7.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.Clients will then be able to make use of the swimming pool, sauna, solarium, and jacuzzi. Dinner will be served at 7.00pm.

Mini Boot Camp Prices and Information

The course including a cottage to yourself Price £600.00

The course with 2 People sharing a cottage Price £525.00

If you would like to sign up for boot camp but do not want to go alone, you can bring a friend or family member with you for support and company.  Whilst you are doing boot camp; your companion can share your cottage and use any of the facilities. At meal times they will join you in the restaurant, feasting from the same healthy menu.

The cost of the stay for your companion will be £350.00
