Our Boot Camp Experience
Hi All,I am sure you thought I had forgotten my promise to send you a picture of the wedding.
Well the wedding has been and gone on 30th October. Although I did not lose any more weight, I lost in total 11 inches by continuing the healthy eating regime I and I walked two to three times per week and used the vibrating plate two to three times per week. I managed to drop the dress size that I set out to achieve, so all in all I am very pleased with the result.
Once again thank you for all your help and support, I couldn't have done it without you.

I lost weight and inches and I thoroughly enjoyed my boot camp experience with Bootylicious.
The gourmet food served in a lovely restaurant was amazing, not once did I feel hungry. The accommodation which was a two bedroomed house was very cosy, clean, warm and comfortable and activities were varied and loads of fun. The instructors and staff were always helpful and supportive and overall the facilities on site are second to none.
Having used other boot camps nothing compares to Bootylicious. It is very good value for money and provides a professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending Bootylicious to my friends or family and I have every intention of visiting them again.

I can't recommend Bootylicious enough to anyone.
As someone who had never been to a boot camp and wasn't a Gym bunny, my week at Bootylicious introducing me to a love of getting fit. It would be impossible to say which was the best bit - from surfing to horse riding to boxing to cycling - the variety and support were outstanding and I would definitely go again.
Four weeks on now and weight I lost is still off and my addiction to diet coke gone! And I never starved, the food was outstanding!

I set out on a quest to find an answer to weight loss and exercise...
....combined with the motivation to carry this on into the future. I decided to try out the latest in exercise regimes and signed on to some of the celebrity endorsed boot camps.
After what can only be loosely termed ‘some bad experiences’ at other boot camps, I had all but given up on the idea of boot camp, when a woman called Denise Randle, who had recently set up a camp called Bootylicious, convinced me that I should give the whole thing one last try.
At this stage I guessed no experience could be quite as bad as the ones I had already endured – and there was one more thing, Bootylicious was based in the heart of beautiful Cornwall. I entered Bootylicious tired, drained and weak, I’d already had enough, and I really didn’t think I would be able to give it a fair chance. What I found was, they gave me a chance.
This place didn't believe in starving your body to lose those extra pounds, it provided a Michelin star chef to show you what you needed to cook and how.
It didn’t believe in making you run round the field for 5 hours as it was a cheaper option, it provided horse riding, surfing and cycling around the coast, and got you excited about the day. It had trained professionals who were educated and trained in meeting the needs of what my body could endure.
Years ago I watched a film called Jerry Maguire, and remembered a quote from one of the characters – ‘I clap my hands every morning and say, 'This is gonna be a great day!'. That’s how I felt at Bootylicious.
My week at Bootylicious, was not like anything I had experienced at other boot camps. I’ve possibly tried more camps than most people. If you're looking to tone up, lose weight, get fit, and feel better than before, then you should go to boot camp, and there is only one place to book in my opinion – Bootylicious.
